    We have had issues ordering from Wingstop, through their website, twice in a row. The first time, our delivery driver took off with our 100pc chicken and only delivered our sides. Wingstop could not get it figured out with DoorDash and refused to remake or redeliver the order. I called and begged them, as it was an order for a company, and he agreed to remake it if I would come pick it up. (He let me know that day that he and his employees physically assault the DoorDash driver if he ever came back, like it was funny to threaten violence). Today, we decided to try again. Again, ordering directly from their website, I placed a very large order, waited, watched my delivery driver (per 3rd party DoorDash) drive to the store, then drive here and mark my order DELIVERED. I ran around the building trying to figure out where my order would have been, only to not find it, so I called the store to see if it had in fact been picked up. I started to describe my order and was cut off and told that I needed to call DoorDash. I informed him that I ordered through their app, so it's their issue, and that's when he handed me off to the manager and, loud enough for me to hear, told him I was crashing out. I had yet to crash out. The manager got my crash out, because he then decided to GASLIGHT me and tell me that the issue is with me and my business credit card that we never have issues with anywhere. I checked. Card was charged and confirmation email came through from Wingstop. He lied to me and told me he didn't receive the ticket, and that 5 other DoorDashers showed up that he supposedly didn't have tickets for - which he then repeated told me this was my problem and not Wingstop, but common sense obviously says otherwise. Ironically, he was able to cancel my order while I was on the phone (CANCELLED BY RESTAURANT) without the ticket he 'never' got. He then flat out told me that he simply did not want to make the 100 piece order. Sheer laziness. He was too lazy and didn't want to make the order and then attempted to gaslight and blame me for it. Any rebuttal by the company to this review will be utter nonsense and more gaslighting. The management and employees are simply lazy and ignorant.

    I ordered delivery online, at 5pm. Didn't get my order until 6pm, delivered by a guy who stood outside on the phone for 10 min before giving me my order, my drink was missing and my food was cold.
