  The staff are friendly but they did mess up my order a couple times and it's been really hard to get them to fix it

  The food was rancid and the nuggets were dry. The lady at the window ignored me when I said hi and asked for a drink carrier then when I mentioned it again she acted like I was asking her to climb a mountain.

  The best customer service of any taco bell in the area. Even if they make a mistake or you have to wait they will try to make it right. Also, for whatever reason their tacos are just better than other locations. As a broke vegetarian this is my goto place.

  I am a vegan; I specifically asked for a vegan potato taco, and a mini taco salad. All Fresca, the cashier even reiterated that I wouldn’t get sauce or anything with it being Fresca. Cool. Tell me why they gave us a bunch of free soft tacos, all with sauce I can’t have, and even my mini taco salad had the sauce too. I don’t get it—we were nice and respectful to your staff, even complimented the cashier’s nails. You should be ashamed of yourselves, this was obviously a pointed jab. So since these people are more than likely messing with ALL your food, just avoid this location altogether if you have any type of special requests or dietary needs. I’ll do everything in my power to warn everyone about them.
