- JVJoe Vensas3 days ago1.0They made my order incorrectly 3 times in 2 days. They either dont care or they are doing it on purpose. This is why meals cost $15. Its a joke. The last time she looked at me like it was my fault the order was taken incorrectly. Sorry, but that is your mistake. Rude, terrible customer service. Ask what I need to fix your mistake, dont run to the ticket so you can assign blame, especially if your looking at me like im the issue. She should be fired today.

If I hadn't driven away before realizing everything was wrong or misized I would have asked them to make it again
- KVKatrina VanProoyenApr 15, 20261.0Didn’t get our fries in the drive-thru no worries they’re busy, head inside to fix it a few people were in line they helped the first guy but then didn’t come back to the line for a while. One of the employees kept looking over but not addressing anyone in line. We took the hit and left without fries but when we went to our online order to try and get a refund there is no option or information around it. If you aren’t going to have physical customer service you should at least have a better online system.
