  I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich with no line at all when I walked in. I was met with rude customer service on top of being ignored for the remainder of the time i was there. When I was finally approached to have my order taken after watching 1 person work on multiple sandwiches, I was met with negative attitude and demeanor after waiting all this time. This is the second or third time I have had trouble at this location and will never be coming back again. Whoever was working there needs a serious adjustment, some of the worst customer service I have ever had from the worker with the dangling earrings and purple nose piercing.

  Will NEVER go back to this subway!!!!! The WORST service I have ever encountered!!! Two people working and not one of them acknowledged me when I walked in. One person ahead of me and a woman sitting at a table. Ok I'm patiently waiting. The person ahead of me was taken care of a foot long and a six inch. Ok good my turn then the machine goes off 2 call in orders. The girl came over to start and ignores me and starts to (without looking up at me ) work on the call in orders ok I'm a little mad. But then the other worker( again without looking up) starts on the call in order. What!!! I said aren't you going to make my sub I was here way before those call in orders he said I am doing this and I said that's bullshit I was here first!!!! Then the woman that was sitting there gets up and tells the first employee making call in order what she wants extra on all her veggies. So she sent the order in while I was standing there. So the woman says there making my order( obviously she was a family member or a friend. I got mad said I will be calling corporate on this store and you two. They all just started yelling stuff as I walked out. Needless to say they were very very rude!! And I will not be going to this subway ever again!!! This is on you the manager for not properly training your rude staff how to run your business. You are going downhill fast!!!!!!!! I used to manage Subway and if I had employees like that they would be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!

  I've been visiting this location since 2021 or so. I've seen a lot of staff and managers come and go. The quality and service during most of 2025 and early 2026 was excellent. However this week a new staff appeared who I assume to be the manager. He was overheard bragging about how great he is and observed to be micro-managing other employees. Since then, myself and multiple coworkers have received foot long sandwiches that were sloppily made, not cut in half, and in my case toasted but with frigid cold chicken on it. I don't plan to come back any time soon. And I had been visiting 1-3x per week for the last several months prior to this. Two stars because it used to be a reliable Subway.

  I ordered a sub at 1pm. NO Tomatoes and NO Mayo available. The bread was hard, like 3 days old. Unsatisfactory. Sub was made very sloppy and the server was not friendly at all when I asked for Tomatoes and Mayo to be put on my sub. Saying they are out of them. Pretty poor planning. Never go there again.

  7:05 pm and theres ppl being helped inside but doors locked and employee mouthing "its closed" when the hours say close at 10pm??
