  What a wonderful business model you are providing. Your company out sources to door dash, allow people to place orders for delivery placed an hour before closing, it never arrives takes me 30 plus minutes to get some poor kid to answer the phone there and she says oh it's sitting right here in my warmer. The store is now closed. They can't issue a refund I have to wait and see if I am eligible from the gm, because it has became my fault you chose to outsource, and then didn't follow thru with that company to make sure the order is picked up. Terrible customer service. I can't wait to hear Jamie's excuses tomorrow about how I am not eligible for a refund for whatever insane reason they come up with.

  So inconsistent. You honestly never know what you're going to get when you order from here. It's so disappointing. You pay extra for certain items and it just never arrives. You tip the driver well only for the food to arrive all beat up and battered.

  When I received my order, the buffalo melt and sticks looked like they were tipped over (flipped inside the box) and there wasn’t any marinara sauce to go with my roasted garlic cheese sticks (luckily, I had a little left over in my fridge). Melt was fine, pasta not seasoned. When I bit into one of the sticks, something was off…at first I thought maybe the cheese was spoiling, so I took another bite and realized it was MINCED garlic — it was disgusting — cheese on top of minced garlic isn’t what I expected from that item!!! I was thinking cheesy garlic bread… When I called the restaurant to request a refund for my sticks, there was no answer. I called three times and no one answered. I got in my truck after 9pm to drive to the restaurant (defeats the purpose of delivery). When I got there, there was one car outside, one man seated waiting for his order and another man walking out of the restaurant — not busy enough for three employees to not reach to answer the phone. When I placed the box (9/10 cheese sticks inside) on the counter and asked why no one was answering the phone, Quavious (sp?) said they were busy… I told him I wanted a refund for my sticks and the delivery fee. He looked at my receipt and said the roasted garlic cheese sticks are what I ordered… again, it wasn’t what I expected at all — they should be ashamed to have it on the menu (who would think to make them like that?!). I don’t have the patience when people lie, act clueless or flippant about my time & money. I requested a refund again and he told me that the GM, Jamie, wasn’t in so I would have to wait which is ridiculous, and poor service & management. I ended up reaching out to customer service 🙄 Now I want a refund for my entire order, and I will never order from here again. Peppino’s and Greco’s are better.

  I stood in line for ten minutes in the lobby waiting for someone to service me. They only had two people working in the entire restaurant tying to manage and prep food. No longer a good place to get service.

  So they advertise one version of bread sticks but serve you something completely different. Just a dry disc of nonsense. Will never order from here again.
