  I ordered online at the Plainfield location I ordered it at 5:25 asked for it to be picked up at 7:00 when I got there they said they didn't have my order so I called all the local Pizza huts as they suggested on Plainfield nobody had my order I paid for pizza so I ended up not getting dinner and this is not the first time that they've done this to me ordering online

  This is the WORST experience ive ever had! I dont normally leave reviews like this but I would like this to be addressed; I placed a Pickup order on the app and when I walked around the corner to pickup since the lobby was said to be open I went and I got there and he said the lobby was closed and I had to go thru the drive thru but seeing placed a pickup order not the drive thru option bc I walked and then had to cancel the order and didnt get the refund right away and couldnt re order dinner from another location I just couldnt believe they were allowed to have the lobby closed early and still accept a pickup order I was so frustrated and my son was also disappointed

  Ordered online and paid, I told the cashier that and gave him my name and he still made me pay. Turns out it was for a different Aaron. Then proceeded to blame me for not spelling it for him as if it was my responsibility to make sure there were no other orders by the name Aaron. I asked for a refund and he refused to refund my order and told me to go to my bank to dispute it. I asked for the general managers contact info and told me it was store policy that they couldn't give out the contact info. After that he slammed the window shut and walked away. I contacted corporate and they are escalating this. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. IF THEY SCAMMED ME WHO KNOWS HOW MANY THEY HAVE ALREADY. The guy working there was a heavier set guy. Michelle, (the GM) you need to fix this issue and this employee. This is the Plainfield location in Grand Rapids MI.

  Ordered a pizza for delivery driver never came to my house and when I called they said there going to come back never came back! And wouldn’t pick up phone horrible company at the Plainfield location
