  Worst Panera bread in Michigan. Terrible service! Awful hospitality, Jessica the manager is TERRIBLE. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes with no one in front of us and walked in to ask where our order was… said they were backed up with online orders. Again NO ONE in the dining area to greet me or ask how they could help me. I had to say “hello is anyone here”. She walked over and said there was nothing they could do for us. Walked back to my car in the drive through line and waited another 5 minutes honking our horn to see if someone would come to the window… terrible

  If you don't already know, forget about going here for bagels anymore. What they offer in the way of "bagels" is a joke and a waste of your money. Might as well get a loaf of white bread and but it into circles.

  The quality of the food at Panera Bread has decreased significantly. I was genuinely disappointed with my recent visit. Not only has the overall quality dropped, but the prices have noticeably increased as well. Charging around $18 for a half salad and half sandwich that is, at best, average is hard to justify. The value simply isn’t there anymore, especially considering what you get compared to what you pay.

  How can y'all justify putting 2 small pieces of bacon on a BLT when it's the main part of the sandwich. Extremely disappointed in my lunch. This is the one thing on the menu I actually enjoy and we're being stingy.

  We placed a big order for a work meeting and accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich. Olivia and Craig were so kind and helpful at the counter—they fixed our mistake and got me the right sandwich so quickly during the lunch rush. They showed amazing customer service, and I hope they know how much their kindness is appreciated!
