  This McDonald's is one of the worst in this area of town. The staff ignore you at the counter, the prices are way higher ($2.34 for a large coke versus $1.90 at 68th/131,) and if you sit for too long in the restaurant, they time you and tell you to leave , even when youre paying or buying more food. The wait in the line a the drive through is equally ridiculous. It's a crying shame they don't time how long it takes them to get their orders out instead. I would drive the extra couple miles to a nearby Mcdonalds. You'll absolutely make up for it in gas because of their higher prices and you'll be treated like a human being instead.

  This place is pure Trash 🗑 Your whole restaurant should be fired as they have noooooo I mean absolutely no customer service skills. All of them ignore customers as they are ghosts. Walks away as they don't even work there walks by you as you don't exist. SHAME SHAME SHAME. Time to spend time and money at Culvers,Chick-fil-A, Russ's don't waste your time and money at this places it's disgusting what they do.

  The line doesn’t move. Also love how every negative review just has a copy pasted response to complain on the website. The manager needs to take some pride in their work because this location is a joke.

  Worst mcdonalds ever. They take your drive thru order when they feel like it, than you get the wrong stuff and no receipt to prove it. Then get told hello at the drive thru order window didnt ask if I was using mobile app. So unprofessional here. Steer clear

  This place needs to be shut down, just waited over an hour for a happy meal and 2 fries, that they proceeded to give to someone else, lost our mobile order receipt, everyone looked lost, worst McDonalds in Grand Rapids. DO NOT GO HERE
