- CCChristine Cooper3 days ago5.0This McDonald's is by far the best one in, well really the entire city of Grand Rapids from Kentwood to Forest Hills. I've been an avid coke drinker for 40 years so Ive happened to visit every McDonald's in town and only 2 others compete- Forest Hills and 44th at Clyde Park when it comes to service , prices , quality etc. Luckily their prices are also lower than the other McDonald's on the area like Kalamazoo St too. Make it make it make sense right ? I've had a few times where the wait is really long but when the staff are making up huge Door Dash orders imi know it puts them behindaonly because I'm an Uber driver. I just wish theyd bring back breakfast 24/7. Thats my only " complaint" which is more for Corporate McDonald's I guess. Anyway, try it. I highly recommend the place.

I got a full refund because you called the police on me, didn't give me my full order, and let my food get cold while I did the field sobriety test and proved you were wrong about whatever you think you saw XD. This is how you treat your regular customers? This place is going downhill quick and everyone sees it. Seriously, get your life together. It's pathetic, if you want to be a cop so bad go to academy, maybe you will learn what is illegal and what is not. You might need to start working out a bit if you want to go that route in life though, that kinda weight won't fly.

And the food is always cold never fresh . They also shut down extremely early way before breakfast somebody needs to come shut this place down !!! I repeat don't come here till they have new management and the food is hot !
