  I genuinely hate the attitude, I pulled up on my bike and they accepted it fine, almost no difference from walk up. And mind you I live around the block, maybe a 10 minute walk, 1 minute ride, spent 10 minutes walking there for them to decline walkups, the interior is closed. It’s just stupid

  Had to repeat my order four times not because they couldn't hear me.Because different people kept checking in and saying, can I take your order after the third time? I started getting frustrated. I pull up to pay. She is on her phone.As if I want a receipt proceeds to talk on the phone for about 3 minutes. Gives me my receipt. I pull up to the next window. grabbed my food drill, five minutes home started eating had something in the roof of my mouth chin hair stuck in the roof of my mouth overall, i'm not impressed

  I went to this location with my daughter and grandkids,The worker accused my daughter of being rude for asking a question and the manager was just as bad! The manager told (marcus) to go in back and just waved my daughter away....The whole staff needs replaced! I have never seen such disrespectful behavior in a food place like this ever!! They were also cussing back and forth to each other while my 3 year old grand daughter was next to me!!I will never return to this location ever! I will also let friends and family know not to go to this location as they will have a horrible experience! If I could give negative stars I would! They don't even deserve a 1 !!!!

  Very inappropriate and unprofessional staff when asked for help was told they were too busy to help me I then proceeded to go to the kiosk and still try and place my order although I knew what I wanted was customizable and was not able to do it through the kiosk after asking for help was accused of being rude while the worker went in the back and swearing talking very poorly with my three year old present I then became very frustrated and asked for his name was he refused to give. Manager did nothing but waves me off. I will never be returning to the store this whole staff needs to be replaced.
