  I would rate a zero if I could. I was in today on Mother Day. I didn't get greeted or nothing. The cashier a short light complexion boy with long dreads act like I was invisible. He didn't asked did I need help or nothing until I stepped up. Other people came in and he greeted them and told them he will be with them in a moment. I was there inside waiting. He acted like he didn't even see me. Also, he didn't even get my order right. I saw him going in the women's bathroom after some girl. Need to be taught manner's. Just rude!

  Says 24 hours but I had worked a late night shift and needed a meal, pulled up to the order window and said they're only serving doordash orders? Are you joking? Will not be returning

  Consistently the worst McDonalds. They get my order wrong 9 times out of 10 and the food is never fresh. The bread for burgers is almost always hard and the fries are somehow always soft and cold… even when there’s clearly a lot of customers and you’d think they’d be cranking out fresh fries to meet the demands. The service is also unbelievably slow. The only reason we go to this location is because there aren’t other close locations and sometimes kids want Happy Meals.

  Excellent customer service the staff went above and beyond early this morning. As a DoorDash driver, I’ve dealt with all greater Grand Rapids McDonald’s frequently This location has always been a pleasant experience for order pick ups. Usually, I dread picking up from most McDonald’s but not this location.

  Went to this McDonald's at 8:00 p.m. today April 24th order my kids both meals. Got the drinks and the flurries and when I got the bag and make sure everything was inside because its never correct and I was missing my Big Mac and then both fries was upside. So I told them they wanted to see the receipt and I had no problem with that and then they asked my bag like I was lying and then they gave me a bag back and this is what both fries looked. It's like they took the upside down fries out the one bag and put it in a new one. I'm tired of spending my money bs
