  Went to McDonald's this morning and it was awful!!! First I waited 30 min in the drive-thru no one took my order so I go inside the place is dirty lol they did have a full staff but they organization was off people waiting for they food for over half hour!! Inside smh the only reason I did give the service a 2star cause the young man who was in front tried so hard running bk and forth taking orders outside running cash register he did a good job! To bad I didn't get his name oh not to mention after waiting 45 min on my food it was the wrong order and the hash browns suck!!! I say this is the worst McDonald's in grand rapids... sucks to be me i wasted my money and time!!!!! Never going back!!!!!! Service-👎 Food-👎 The place inside and out-👎 it was just all bad!!!!

  It's a McDonald's. My pro tip is to go to the inside drive thru line. The workers on that one actually do a fantastic job. I've just driven off after waiting for 25 minutes or longer on the outside one.

  Stopped in here to grab lunch. Was feeling a Big Mac but immediately changed my mind when I saw the price had increased from $3.99 to $6.19. I expected a small increase because of beef prices increasing but that's insane. Especially considering the other burgers that use the exact same meat patties didn't or barely increased. Double cheeseburger didn't go up at all at $3.29 and Mcdouble only increased ¢10 from $2.89 to $2.99. So you can get 2 Double cheeseburgers (because of the buy 1 get 1 for $1 menu) add on lettuce and big Mac sauce for like $5.69 less than just 1 Big Mac that's just sad. But this franchises prices have always made no sense. They don't set prices based on cost they set by popularity. Just check out their breakfast sandwich prices one day and you'll see it too.

  When doing Door Dash, McDonald's is one of the top places I pick up from! Service there is quick and customer service is pretty good.
