  Never waited more than about five minutes at a Jimmy John’s, waited for almost 20 minutes for a sandwich that could take less than three to make. I don’t believe they were busy, the workers were visibly taking their time, focusing on mobile orders, why are multiple customers sat around waiting for their food to be made. Go to any other Jimmy Johns.

  Be aware delivery drivers. You'll be required to fill drinks even though it's your not an employee of Jimmy johns and it's a health code violation. Also EVEN though there are staff standing around doing nothing and there is a drink fountain RIGHT NEXT TO THEM STANDING THERE. Also people who order in store have their orders prepared before yours even though you are waiting.

  Wow. They won’t deliver to a house that is 5 minutes away. Terrible communication on the phone. Don’t waste your time here.
