I had collected their orders via phone call and text… But I wasn't even sure if I was going to eat here when I started ordering. TAYLOR was the girl that was taking my order Over the intercom and she was SUPER SWEET AND PATIENT! I'm pretty sure that I was less than the ideal customer… But she was one of the best drive-through workers I could possibly imagine. I think it also speaks to the management because this store always has good customer service. Love your sandwiches… JJ's… But tonight, Taylor's patience and help getting all of our stuff going was above and beyond! Thanks Taylor!

I was having issues with my rewards and they were super helpful with helping me figure it out, and in the process they noticed it was my birthday and the whole place wished me a happy birthday. I don’t believe they were busy, the workers were visibly taking their time, focusing on mobile orders, why are multiple customers sat around waiting for their food to be made. Go to any other Jimmy Johns.
