  Not someone who typically leaves reviews, but as someone who works in the serving industry I thought it was very unprofessional to see the representation of Jimmy John’s party box, subs were different sizes and not equal to each other, they had to put the one sub sideways to fill the box (the one circled in blue) the girl who took my order was laughing and joking about how the box looked and even the manager said that it doesn’t look right, yet they still served it. you could see the irritation in the girls face when i placed the order and the fact that they all laughed about it was incredibly unprofessional don’t get me wrong, i’ll still eat jimmy johns but not from here.

  Came for a pick up, asked when I got there to verify that everything is there. Should have checked my self because when I got home one sandwich was missing. Called the store was told by Siera that she noticed right away that it was missed, but can only give me store credit. A) if you noticed right away, why didn't you call me? The phone number was on the receipt.I was still close, I could have come back. B) store credit when I have to call in to order (instead of ordering online from my account that has the rewards) instead of just giving refund is stupid and outdated, this is 2026. Also, they have their own delivery guy they could have offered to deliver it. It is their mistake.

  Freaky fast service as promised. But nothing freaky about the customer service or sub: friendly plus a perfect tasty, toasty full-size Hunter's Club.

  I still remember the good old days when Jimmy John’s was “So fast you’ll freak!” Now apparently Jimmy John’s apparently is “Better order early, because it’s going to be a while.” I just ordered, it took 13 minutes for my order to go out for delivery and then about 40 minutes to deliver. I am 1.5 miles away.

  I have never gotten a sandwich order that was correct. We like the roast beef but too many times they forgot the cheese or horseradish sauce. Standard customizations seem to cause issues.
