I specifically selected “leave at the door” because I’m in meetings and don’t want any interaction. Instead, the driver called me to ask for a tip. If I choose contactless delivery, I expect exactly that—contactless delivery. Calling customers to ask for tips is unprofessional and incredibly uncomfortable. If your drivers can’t follow simple delivery instructions, they shouldn’t be delivering orders. Respect your customers’ time and stop putting them in awkward situations. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
