  Exactly like a Jimmy Johns should be - freaky fast - delicious food - great service. We stopped on a road trip and our three sandwiches were made by the time I finished my bathroom break. Thanks JJ crew!!

  This is the second time this location has completely ignored my delivery instructions, and I’m done giving them chances. I specifically selected “leave at the door” because I’m in meetings and don’t want any interaction. Instead, the driver called me to ask for a tip. If I choose contactless delivery, I expect exactly that—contactless delivery. Calling customers to ask for tips is unprofessional and incredibly uncomfortable. If your drivers can’t follow simple delivery instructions, they shouldn’t be delivering orders. Respect your customers’ time and stop putting them in awkward situations. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  Asked to have lettuce for a sandwich on the side bc we are on a road trip and cannot eat the sandwich for several hours. Their only solution was to charge me $3 for a drink cup to put the lettuce in. Wow. Somebody failed customer service school. And this was from the manager on duty. Terrible experience.
