  Hands-down, this is the best Jimmy John’s in the city, especially because of Alexander He’s the most pleasant individual to run into I wouldn’t want anyone else making my sandwich other than him He’s very kind and you don’t get that very much anymore in the service industry so I heavily urge you if you are thinking about that sandwich this way come here and management if you take a look at this, I honestly wholeheartedly believe that this guy needs a promotion As an ex chef For kitchen 67 I know what it means to have good employees and this guy is at the top

  5 stars for the two employees who worked tonight 4/30/26. Got slammed and even under not-ideal circumstances gave great service. Will be back because of these 2 workers! Its nice to see people who care! Thank you!

  My husband and I stopped here today, even though the rating was low. I can fathom why, amazing good, service and atmosphere.

  Ordered a Club Lulu. Got sick from it! Mostly all bun with very little turkey on it. Shrinkflation. Get less & pay more. Hard buns, not fresh at all. The bacon was raw & full of fat. The bacon being raw like it was made me sick. Won't ever go back to this location again.
