I asked for my total, and the woman snapped at me saying “what?”… I tried paying with a $20 bill, the worker said she couldn’t take it. I checked my food and there was mustard all over the receipt and wrapping of the sandwich. I waited for the worker to return to the window to ask for a mayo packet and she never showed back up. I called customer service, and they tried to email me a coupon instead of refunding me when it’s obvious that I’ll never return and purchase with Jimmy John’s again. They have not responded to my request.
