  They treated me horribly during my drive thru visit on 7/29/26. I went on my lunch break, ordered the totally tuna. I asked for my total, and the woman snapped at me saying “what?”… I tried paying with a $20 bill, the worker said she couldn’t take it. I checked my food and there was mustard all over the receipt and wrapping of the sandwich. I waited for the worker to return to the window to ask for a mayo packet and she never showed back up. I called customer service, and they tried to email me a coupon instead of refunding me when it’s obvious that I’ll never return and purchase with Jimmy John’s again. They have not responded to my request.

  wouldn’t recommend, waited 25 minutes for my sandwich, ive been going to jimmy johns for a decade and a sandwich has never made my stomach turn like this before. also the kickin ranch usually isn’t this color... or taste

  I got carry out. I like the sandwiches. I got excellent help from the person at the window, so I ordered my sandwich online (the tricky part is knowing the address of the restaurant you're at) and saved $5! What they need to fix, badly, is the weird barnacle that juts into the left side of the exit. It's very important to swerve right and not drag your car over that odd piece of pavement.
