  Waited for 15 minutes for a frozen coffee and left, not sure if they remembered to give me it or not but holy shit these folks take forever. Late for work and no coffee, I’d take McDonald’s over this place all day

  Absolutely horrendous!! Worst I've ever seen in my 55 years! Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 hot coffees, and 2 donuts... 1) After 25 minutes of waiting, first drink was iced, not hot 2) After 35 minutes of waiting, 2 sandwiches arrived, one was the wrong sandwich 3) Forgot our donuts, had to ask again 4) 1 donut was wrong 5) Forgot our second coffee 6) Total time waiting... 50 minutes 7) One of our coffee's tasted like pure vanilla. 8) The sandwiches were overcooked. I should have just asked for a total refund!!

  Where do I even start. When I got there and tried to order a shaken espresso, the girl working said " sorry can't, the machine is down can't do lattes either"...so you can't make any coffee.....at a coffee place. She just looked at me dumbfounded. As someone who has worked in food service for 20 years, I was shocked to learn that dunkin is no better than gas station pre mixed coffee machines. The donuts were dry and barely glazed at all. There were 5 people on staff just standing around with phones in hand. I was so thrilled to see a dunkin on this side of town and was thoroughly disappointed. Do better.

  I’m not sure if it’s standard customer service for me to be the only one who talks but when I went to the counter to order the employee was silent and did not greet me or say anything to me. I thought that was a poor experience. I also ordered hash browns and they literally gave me this empty bag with like 5 hash browns in it. 10/10 won’t be going back.

  i place mobile orders most of the time, they’re usually pretty consistent with their coffee taste. only have had a few times i’ve needed it remade. they workers are also pretty kind :)
