  Where do I even start. When I got there and tried to order a shaken espresso, the girl working said " sorry can't, the machine is down can't do lattes either"...so you can't make any coffee.....at a coffee place. She just looked at me dumbfounded. As someone who has worked in food service for 20 years, I was shocked to learn that dunkin is no better than gas station pre mixed coffee machines. The donuts were dry and barely glazed at all. There were 5 people on staff just standing around with phones in hand. I was so thrilled to see a dunkin on this side of town and was thoroughly disappointed. Do better.

  I’m not sure if it’s standard customer service for me to be the only one who talks but when I went to the counter to order the employee was silent and did not greet me or say anything to me. I thought that was a poor experience. I also ordered hash browns and they literally gave me this empty bag with like 5 hash browns in it. 10/10 won’t be going back.

  i place mobile orders most of the time, they’re usually pretty consistent with their coffee taste. only have had a few times i’ve needed it remade. they workers are also pretty kind :)

  Been here multiple times. Workers do not care about their job, they are always talking to each other about how difficult it is to work there. Each chai latte I have gotten barely has any chai in it. I see the girl pumping the chai into the cup and the chai syrup is almost empty, maybe get a new one instead of struggling? Some worker girl was stared off into space doing cheer claps. Very unprofessional. Worst location.
