  I ordered tacos and they were cold.chicken cold.... ordered large guacamole and chips, no guacamole in bag. I ordered delivery a week ago, ordered guacamole and there wasn't guacamole either!

  If I could give this place a zero star I would!!! I ordered online and the order took over an hour to get here. The Dasher had said that the place was stacked with delivery drivers and when we got our order, the order portions were horrible and our kids meal order ONLY came with corn and a tortilla. Absolutely a horrible way to start off an opening!!

  Absolutely terrible experience at this new location. Placed a $60 order via the Chipotle app, and arrived to the store at the estimated time, only to be told they were out of cheese and tortillas and couldn’t fulfill ANY of the order. This is unacceptable, especially since there were items in the order that didn’t require a tortilla shell. Then, after asking to speak to the manager, we were told there is nothing the store can do, and were asked to leave. They said we had to call a 1-800- number to dispute the charge with the corporate office. After leaving without any of my $60 order, I call the 1-800- number the store gave to me, only to discover it’s the corporate privacy line, not customer service. After almost an hour of trying to reach someone via the app-text service (useless), I did finally find a legitimate customer service number. They were able to submit for a refund, which will take 4-5 business days. All of this nonsense to not even be offered anything but a “sorry” by the store manager and corporate office. As a local to the neighborhood, I was excited to see this store open, but they have a long way to go before I will recommend them to anyone, or return there with my business.

  Waited for about 45 minutes for an online pick up order. No one came and asked me my name, when I went up to ask they couldn’t give me an amount of time. They had 1 person filling to go orders, and their drive through orders all by himself while some people weren’t doing anything. I wouldn’t have done an online order but they said 15 minute wait on the app. There is no reason a chipotle should have a drive through, or don’t do online pick up. Two of three.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for the New Chipotle on Burton Street! Excited to welcome the newest Chipotle to our community at 2410 Burton St. SE! I had the opportunity to attend the preview event, and everything was top-notch. The restaurant is bright, clean, and beautifully designed, with a spacious outdoor patio that is perfect for enjoying lunch or dinner on a nice Michigan day. I also noticed a few new menu offerings that give regular Chipotle fans even more reasons to visit. What really stood out was the team. The staff was friendly, energetic, and genuinely excited to serve customers. You can tell they’ve worked hard to prepare for opening day. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d expect from Chipotle. The outdoor seating area is a fantastic addition and makes this location feel especially welcoming. Congratulations to the management team and staff on the grand opening. Kentwood and Grand Rapids gained a great new dining option. I look forward to many future visits!
