She instantly picked up the phone to call you to cancel it, and it was beyond maddening that we could not reach a single person and cancel the order! It may have only been a $15 order, but it was extremely frustrating! Nothing but computers and machines and could not even reach a single human being to ask for the order to simply be canceled. Customer service at its worst.

Ran out of chicken. Instead of asking what people were ordering and funnel those without chicken ahead, we stand there staring at the employee staring back at us…waiting for the chicken to cook all the while watching them give priority to online orders
