  Ran out of 4 of the 6 available entrees right before lunch hour. And they won’t serve any of the stuff from the online orders, good luck telling that to your full lobby. Absolute waste of a 30 minute lunch break.

  I have to say that this is the most filthy Chipotle I’ve been to… and I’ve been to a-lot of Chipotles. The food line was covered in wasted food, the ground looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day, and the tables were disgusting covered in food. I carried out, but I don’t think I’d ever sit down to eat here due to cleanliness issues I noticed. The other issue I have is that the staff act move as slow as slugs and I waited in the line for 20 minutes. Then once I got to the counter, they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The checkout woman acted mad when I was trying to use my rewards to get my double meat for free. Needless to say, it was a major disappointment to find that the local Chipotle doesn’t provide a pleasant experience. I’ll drive to a different one if I want Chipotle in the future.

  checkout girl was rude, (multiple piercings, airpod in one ear, purple hair, and glasses) didn’t talk one bit and gave extreme attitude when i left… as i work in service if your employee can respect the costumers and have a simple conversation then they should not be up front. its simple. the girl who assembled my bowl was so sweet tho!

  I love the staff here! They’re very friendly and efficient. But the store is clearly poorly managed (not the employees fault). I came to the store after work around 7:30 PM. It was not busy, but perhaps it was before I arrived because there was literally not a single napkin stocked, empty specialty fountain drinks, and many popular fountain sodas “out of order.” If the staff is busy, can’t management help out with these small, simple tasks? The store is understaffed if they can’t maintain simple customer standards.

  The food is delicious as always however I got the smallest portions I've ever recieved at a chipoltle ever and the store is DESTROYED. There isn't a SINGLE clean table or chair here. Not to mention the trash is OVERFLOWING. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! And instead of cleaning it I see a staff member on his phone right now. Maybe hes on break but how would I know that. To me, it just looks like laziness. The staff didnt look to pleased to be here either which, probably is valid. OH, and the ceiling of the store is literally UNFINISHED. Also all the responses I'm reading on here about the clenliness of the stor from the owner seem to be dissmissive copy and paste messages. Go to another Chipoltle location!!!
