  Whoever is in charge of the online orders is awful at it. Apparently they take the online order and then manually put it into their system. Except they put in the wrong burgers often. Especially if you order a limited item. Then when you try to call it just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings, they have to have the ringer turned off. The place is falling apart, the drive through menu is always missing half the food. What happened to this location?

  Couldn't even order had to argue with the kid running the window about what i wanted and he just kept adding stuff and then proceeded to tell me what I should be getting.😕 i gave up and said i didnt want it anymore and left ... no one wants to argue about an order they haven't even placed yet 🙄 and the computer ordering ai sucks bad.

  So guess I got screwed over. Ordered a double olive burger with no mustard and a large strawberry shake through the Checkers & Rally’s app. First off the Olive Burger wasn’t even that good. I didn’t get the tomato that comes with it. And where was the mayonnaise?? It had ketchup & no mayonnaise like what?! Now let’s get to the shake that I did not get at all. She said we don’t have shakes. Before I could say anything else, she tells me to go to the app & ask for a refund. I said through the app? She says yeah & closes the window. So I check the app & see nowhere for a refund or contact support or anything like that. I do see this help button it leads to a screen that says Hi blah blah how can we help you, edit order, something else. I click on either or and it’s a number to the store that just told me to use the app to get my refund. How do I get a refund then? Or did I just pay $8 and some odd cents for a not even good olive burger? I close the app. Worst experience ever so disappointing. This location is ridiculous 😒 Definitely a waste of money

  Forgot some of my food which I get it, mistakes happen but when I drive all the way back to get what they forgot I found ALL employees outside smoking weed passing the blunt around as I sat at the drive through window waiting for someone to fix my order. I had to get out of my vehicle go around the side door, interrupted their smoking session to let them know I was at the window. Their reply, “we didn’t see you at the window” of course not yall were to busy passing that blunt around. 😒 Last thing I wanted to do is drive all the way back to get my food . I knew that place was “hood” but cmon. Management needs to get it together or was the manger out there smoking too.🙄🙄

  Well I normally give reviews on food in the service but I cannot make a review on the food because I haven't been able to place an order all week this is the third time this week I've came to this location on my lunch break and all of the employees are outside smoking and saying that their system is down and they can't take orders I understand that can happen from time to time dealing with electronics yet to happen multiple times in a week at the exact same time just seems a little fishy to me no explanation no courtesy no anything just you're pretty much bothering us because we're outside smoking when they should be working
