  We went on 5-8-26 an our food wasnt but half warm barely any chilli cheese on the chillies cheese dog or the fries the lady was rude an kept saying "huh" everytime we asked her a question, the fried was so salty couldn't even eat them. Just all around horrible experience.

  The automated ordering system couldn't understand stand me. I don't really want to talk to a computer anyway. No employee would come and I was made to just sit there. Finally some very rude lady with an attitude waved me forward. Mostly because I was holding up her line, not because she cared to help me. I could no longer see the menu and had trouble with my order. She decided she was the grammar police when I called things by the wrong name. The way she did it was condescending and inappropriate. I thought maybe she had a bad day, but she admitted that she just got there. To add insult to injury, we got food poisoning. I wondered how chicken got cooked so quickly. It didn't. They didn't cook it long enough. And do not order the philly cheessteak bites or the cheese cake things. They taste really old. There are only four of them, and they are the size of a ravioli. Plus they are like $5 bucks. I love checkers, but this is the worst one I've ever been to. You would have to pay me to ever come back. I hope you know, some of the people you mistreated were special and cried about it.

  Went thru the drive thru, couldn't ask the ai any questions. A female team member snarled that we should pull up. The gentleman at the window took our order in spite of the screaming and yelling in the background. Lots of slamming items around. We ordered and paid. Sat there.....sat there.......someone else came to the window and asked us to pay again. Sat there......no food......Sat there.... I finally flagged someone over and asked if we should pull up, yes please. Went to the walk up window. A young lady came up ( she was obviously crying), and was told by the original server he had it. Took food to car, ( two of us) no drink for me. Went back, got my drink. Started eating my chili dog, meat tasted burnt. Driving home, my passenger, who paid with her card, checked her balance and instead of $7.47, she was charged $27.45. What a cluster. No one answers at corporate, and voicemail is full.

  Went last night 8:00 pm. Like a scene out of Half Baked - when it came time to pay they opened the window and a literal pot cloud escaped. The order was wrong and inedible from being over fried. Last time...

  When I got home what I had ordered cuz I walked into the window and ordered my food it was cold the bun was a mess and it just didn't look good or tastes good
