Bonefish has fewer and fewer good fish selections. Overall food quality and service is not what it was 3 or 4 years ago. Not just at this location.

We had to wait for our table, so went to the bar and ordered drinks and an appetizer. When our table was ready, we couldn't get waited on for water, menus, bread. Shanghied someone who took our orders, but still no water or bread. No one checked on us--we were completely ignored. It was my husband's birthday and this was his choice since we had always had excellent service and food. VERY disappointing. Even had trouble getting our bill.

Went there for 42nd wedding anniversary. Great service good food and drinks. Had bourbon salmon and sea bass. Served with bread that was very tasty.

I sat at the bar, and had the most DELIGHTFUL experience with the bartenders Jeff and Alex .... Jeff is VERY knowledgeable about the science of how to make drinks.... A mixologist. I would highly suggest the " German chocolate cake shot" .... It's not overly sweet, and has a genuinely delicious taste. Even if you want something off the menue...he ask questions to acquire knowledge of how to make your your perfect drink. The food..... Was OBVIOUSLY amazing and cooked to perfection! *Chef's kiss 😘" thanks so much for this amazing experience! Y'all are the bee's knees!

It was a very difficult sitting there at the table when you feel like your waitress can't wait to get out of there for the night. I decided to celebrate my birthday at the Bonefish Grill tonight and unfortunately I regret it now. I sat there and I could tell that the waitress couldn't wait to get out of there for the night. No drink refills no checking on how the food was, even when she set the credit card machine down she said this is how we cash you out these days and turned around and walked away. As I was leaving I looked over my shoulder and I saw the group of servers in the bar taking shots and clustered together and I felt like I was an inconvenience for her throughout the night. It's tough enough to go out and eat alone it's even tougher to go out on your birthday and Eat Alone. Tonight I felt like I was just an inconvenience and she couldn't wait to get out of there for the night. It's unfortunate that people don't realize or don't ask, if she would have just asked one question maybe I would have said I was celebrating my birthday there tonight. But she didn't really care about that. So I sit here in the parking lot before leaving wondering if I ruined her night rather than eating at the restaurant to try to make my birthday special. I hope that server in the future will ask about that person's day and maybe why they came in to eat that night. Because everybody has a story, and for my birthday today my story is going to end sad. I chose the wrong restaurant I guess.
