  Fries were old- as a previous Arby's employee, it's obvious when the fries are old. Hot but stale. I asked for "as much bronco berry sauce as you can give me" and they gave me 1. I went inside to ask for more, and they said "You can only get 2 per order." Well then I would like the 2nd one? Also as a previous Arby's employee, I know that that rule is never enforced I guess until now. Mainly I am disappointed at the customer service because this woman refused to even make eye contact with me as she was explaining and just tossed the sauce on the counter without even looking. So disappointed.

  Last three times i've been to this store. My order has been wrong and i've had to wait at least fifteen minutes each time.

  The worker Emma is amazing. She did great at giving us sauces we wanted and was so sweet you can tell she's a ray of sunshine.

  Insisted our order never went through even though I showed it to them on my phone and the fact that I paid for it. The manager took down my name and phone number and said she would call me back when the payment went through. It did go through. You owe me $22. She didn’t even offer us any comp food. We went home without our order wasting our time and money.. Need our money back please!

  How.... How do you forget the cheddar on an Arby's beef n cheddar... it's literally 2 ingredients. By far the worst Arby's location I've ever been too, afternoon staff is ridiculously incompetent.
