- CCcole1 day ago1.0Ordered at 8:50, 7/5/26, order was ready at 9:07. I was waiting in the store since 9:08. It wasn’t until 9:23 that i was acknowledged, and a full order was made in that time. The fries, drink, and sauce were all missing. The wings were not the correct amounts of each flavor (not as important but still annoying). When we called after noticing the missing food, we explained the problem, the person on the phone answered “Is that it?” When we asked for someone that would fix the problem, or for them to write something so we could get our food, we received no steps forward on how to resolve the issue. The first employee to answer the phone was “AJ”, and they hung up before we could ask for the name of the second employee. The employees were also noticeably inebriated, which would not typically mean anything, but with how much they ruined the order, I feel it is relevant. I would not suggest going to this Wingstop, and this location’s service reflects on the franchise as a whole.

Called the store, they did offer us 10 as a replacement which was nice but I’m not making a 10-15 minute round trip while the rest of the food gets cold. Staff was friendly but longer haired young man had no hat or hair net on.

When you get a notification (email) your wings are done, one would expect them to be ready when you arrive. They were not. 10 minutes later after watching same staff person socialize with incoming shift mate, neither making your wings. You have to remind them again your at Wingstop your job is to make the wings. 5 more minutes your food is ready? Well your fries are cold because you watched them sit there for 15 minutes getting cold because the staff forgot their job is to make the wings!

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
