  I'm just not a fan of kiosks taking priority over human interaction. This place struggled more than most to have human interaction, even when handing out customers orders. The food was nice and hot though.

  I called 22 times with no answer.. they pick up the phone & immediately hang it up. They gave me food I didn’t even order & it was absolutely disgusting. I will be showing up later to speak to someone since they obviously don’t know how to answer their phone.

  I came to pick up a mobile order on a Tuesday 4/28 and had a really great experience. The blonde girl with the nose ring working the window went above and beyond and was extremely friendly. She had such a genuine, positive attitude and made the whole interaction feel easy and welcoming, which you don’t always get at a drive thru. It really stood out and honestly made my night a little better. Whoever the manager is should definitely consider giving her a raise, she’s doing an amazing job.

  The only reason I gave a 4 was simply because I don't feel the drive thru should be automated. I appreciate the employees that come on and help me out. Other than the automated drive thru, my order came out quick and it was accurate.
