  Terrible. My Cinnabon delights were just in the bottom of the bag and the food was cold even though I ordered it through the drive-thru.

  If I could give it a 0 star, I would. This place has mites in their food, workers are rude and disrespectful, worst experience I’ve ever had. Literally seen a worker sneeze on my food, curly blonde hair.

  Where should I begin? I pulled up to an AI ordering assistant…I wanted to talk to a human as the AI has gotten my order wrong in the past. The man who answered was EXTREMELY rude, alas…I made my order and pulled forward. The man at the window Khalil was much MUCH nicer, even when he had to tell me that their manager instructed him to NOT TAKE $100 BILLS. I’m pretty sure legal tender must be accepted for commerce, but that wasn’t Khalil’s fault, he was just following his manager’s orders, so whomever at corporate is reading this (which it’s probably an AI)…just know that Khalil deserves absolutely no repremand. HOWEVER, maybe stop relying on AI to do a human job and also teach your managers to not make up their own rules and have their poor employees have to follow them.
