  Where should I begin? I pulled up to an AI ordering assistant…I wanted to talk to a human as the AI has gotten my order wrong in the past. The man who answered was EXTREMELY rude, alas…I made my order and pulled forward. The man at the window Khalil was much MUCH nicer, even when he had to tell me that their manager instructed him to NOT TAKE $100 BILLS. I’m pretty sure legal tender must be accepted for commerce, but that wasn’t Khalil’s fault, he was just following his manager’s orders, so whomever at corporate is reading this (which it’s probably an AI)…just know that Khalil deserves absolutely no repremand. HOWEVER, maybe stop relying on AI to do a human job and also teach your managers to not make up their own rules and have their poor employees have to follow them.

  I just stopped at 5 pm today amd got a family pack of hard taco supreme, even asked at the windows if I made them supreme and the cashier stated yes, yet when I arrived home and started eating no sour cream and no tomatoes. I paid 32 bucks for the tacos. The same thing happened a couple weeks ago ordered taco supreme and got no supreme. If you go here in grand blanc make sure you check your order completely, open it and check cause for some reason it's hard to put sour cream and tomatoes on a taco. But it's not hard to take my money and serve me a half passed taco. Totally bummed and will not be back to this particular taco bell.

  Ordered the nuggets meal and literally looks like 1 nugget cut up into 2 , cold gordita don't recommend this location
