  The pizza was terrible.. I live in Florida during the winter and my GI to pizza place is pizza hut..this place in Grand Blanc doesn't come close to other pizza huts

  I want to start off by saying that this review is not a complaint. When I go to a business and a mistake is made with my order, I don't just look at the mistake, but also what the company does to correct the mistake. On 6/28/26 my son did an online order for 2 pizzas, 2 orders of breadsticks and a brownie. A mistake was made and I was given the wrong pizzas. I notified the store of the mistake that night. The manager offered to remake the pizzas, but I didn't feel like driving back to the restaurant. I called back on Monday 6/30/26 and spoke to the store manager about the mix up. The store manager apologized and took down my information to give to Alex, the General Manager of the Grand Blanc location, letting me know that Alex would be in on Wednesday 7/01/26. Today 7/01/26 Alex the General Manager called me back and we discussed the mixup with my son's pizza order. Alex apologized and told me that he was going to have my son's full order remade and that he would personally drop off the food at whatever time we chose. The photo is Alex at my door dropping off my son's order and apologizing to him. I was impressed that the General Manager would personally come and make sure that the mistake was corrected. I appreciate what Alex did for my son and I will definitely be doing business with the Grand Blanc, MI location again in the future. Alex showed me that he cared about the experience that my son and I had and that really made our day!!!

  I will never eat here thanks to amber and Braiden thank you so much I almost pulled my complete service from Pizza Hut completely but Flushing MI saved the day and let me know to never go back to grand blanc because what amber did she wasn’t supposed to do she canceled my order for no reason nobody asked her to cancel the order we drove all the way to go get it and she has the food but wants me to pay again now they had a deal with wing going on if I pay again I pay full price instead of the half off my husband is like no I called before we drove out here to make sure the order was here nobody told her to cancel the order I’m like okay we need to head back to work we have no food and no extra cash on the company card so I’m like wow customer service told me the order is Ready for pick up because when you order online you pay online not in store so I am like what the freak almost 2 hours of this I didn’t receive my refund or my food I bought I have proof of purchase

  I ordered a too good to go. A company that says it’s to help prevent food waste. There were two employees here one was right outside the door smoking and the pizza I got..my surprise help on food waste was a mushroom pizza. Yeah that’s a never again.
