    This McDonald's is going down hill quick. Terrible service, food is wrong more than not.

    This place is garbage, you order your food, and you have to pull app to the door and wait for your food to be cooked by time, you get your food cooked it. The order is wrong.Avoid this mcdonald's at all costs, especially at nighttime.They don't know how to make your food at a timely manner or write a bunch of kids working here

    I was in the drive thru waiting in the first line. The second line cars were coming and going. I waited for about 8-10 minutes. The car behind me backed up and went into the second line then got infront of me and got their order. I thought maybe the microphone was broken so I pulled up and waited in that long line to try and order at the window. Get to the first window no one is there so I proceed to the second window. I explain what happened and asked if I could just order my food here. The first girl tells me I have to go back around and wait in line to order I say I dont think thats right if I was already waiting and no one responded. She says well would you like to talk to the manager I said yes. The manager comes over lets me explain what just happened and literally says. "Well if you would have stopped at the first window you could have ordered but we dont have a register up here so you have to drive around and get back in line this time though try and go to the second lane" keep in mind no one was at the first window and no one responded on the first line microphone. They were only answering the second line. The manager Molly didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience or what are you ordering just go wait in line that was longer than it was when I was waiting. Terrible customer service.

    I rarely and I mean rarely leave the review that is negative . We ordered over $17 worth of food for breakfast for two of us. I had a drink but my nephew did not so we ordered a drink to go with his big breakfast. The whole process took about 15 minutes because there was a breakfast rush which we are not complaining about. We pay with exact change in cash and when we went to pick up the food there was no drink. We politely ask for the drink and the young girl behind the window got a serious attitude with us and I quote "you peoples ain't ordered no drink". I politely said but yes we did. Another guy came to the window and says no you didn't. He pulled out the receipt and showed there was no drink. Mind you we didn't get a copy of our receipt because supposedly there was no paper in the machine. I said okay thank you for showing me that it's not a big deal you must have not heard it. I'm not asking for a free drink just sell me the drink then not a problem. He said again you didn't order no drink. I was like dude I just want to pay for a drink it's not a problem. They wouldn't sell me a drink they said they cannot sell me a drink at the window there and I would have to go back through the line. I'm like dude I'm 20 minutes into this I don't have time to go back through your line again to wait another 15 minutes to buy the drink that you didn't hear so just sell me the drink. They wouldn't. So I said okay here's your food back I'd like a refund and he said we can't do that I said I'm not paying for an order that is not correct. My special needs nephew is not going to eat his big breakfast in the car without a drink. So they fought me on the refund but they made them take it. I literally had to threaten to sit in the line To get the refund. Yes there was some principal involved there as well. We opted to go across the street and sit down and have a better meal.

    There worker on the intercom was probably high and not listening and kept trying to change our order food was good but the worker was not okay to be in there high or whatever she was
