- GOGary Osgood1 day ago3.0The food wasn't bad I got a burrito and asked if they could grill it for me the lady said that we don't that but I can for you grilled the burrito in only one foil so the shell wasn't crispy like I want it other then that mine wasn't bad. My wife got a chicken bowl and said the chicken was kinda crunchy and hard is spots.
- DBDarien Balgobin4 days ago2.0Deeply disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. My order was missing 4+ entrées, which is a major issue. That said, I don’t blame the employees working at this location. They looked exhausted, overwhelmed, and were clearly struggling to keep up. This seems like a staffing and management problem, not an employee problem. Chipotle needs to do a better job properly staffing and supporting its stores. When a team is stretched this thin, both the employees and customers suffer. I hope corporate takes situations like this seriously and gives these workers the support they need.
