  Filthy restroom with urine pooled on floor in front of toilet and on seat in ladies room. Argumentative older female employee just came out of same restroom and claims it wasn't her making a mess and rude when I asked if anyone was going to clean it. After barking for me to show her the mess - She took a wad of paper towels and used sanitizer off the wall to clean the toilet seat - saying this is what she does when she uses the toilet. Classy. Employees making food were nice. I definitely think cleaning is low priority at this location.

  I got a burrito with Asada, add guacamole. It was decent, didn’t seem as fresh as they claim. It was in the afternoon, the service was pretty good. Seemed like a tense vibe in there.🤷🏻‍♂️

  Everything you get is an up charge and they don’t even tell you until it’s time to pay. As a first time customer I will not be returning. Was out of multiple items I wanted. Did not inform me until I was done ordering. Multiple people waiting inside for Togo orders the whole time. No signs telling you where to go to order and no one greeted me. Would much rather go to the QDOBA around the corner. I came in around 730 on 4/26/26 and ordered chicken tacos.

  Absolutely terrible. Never ever had an experience at a chipotle like this in my life. They were out of everything, staff was stressed and rude to guests, THEY DIDN’T HAVE FORKS TO EAT WITH, and still charged me for double protein even though they were out of the protein I wanted and couldn’t give me a full portion of it. Don’t blame the staff, but the management here need to be fired and replaced e-mediately. If this were my franchise I’d be absolutely embarrassed to own this location. Oh, and the staff at the cash were counting their tips instead of helping the kitchen staff or doing dishes which were piling up to the ceiling.

  My husband and I went to chipotle around 8:30 on a Saturday night. Ordered a steak bowl and steak burrito, to which, none of the food was fresh & the person who prepared our order attempted to give us a smaller portion than normal of all of the ingredients to make up our meal. I had to ask to get more rice on my burrito because of that. We get to the checkout and ask for chips to which the girl said “we are out”. We pay and move on to get our drinks, to which we look back and see A WHOLE BUCKET OF CHIPS. My husband goes up and says “we are able to see that you have chips” and the worker says “those aren’t bagged”. We sit down in the restaurant and I then order online just a bag of chips & received them not long after. I, the customer, got lied to and had to jump through extra hoops to get chips all because of a lazy worker who couldn’t step around the corner to bag up some chips for a paying customer . Also, there was no one behind us in line either and they weren’t busy in store.
