- MBM. BrownSep 27, 20261.0Slowest place in town. The person making the online to-go orders has zero sense of urgency. My small order wasn’t done until 40 minutes AFTER their posted pickup time. Why even allow online orders if you never fulfill them on time?! I’ve given this place a few tries, and every time is the same thing. To make it worse, they didn’t even get my order correct and refused to make it right. I would have been better off ordering from El Potrero down the street where I can get quality food in a timely manner. You should be embarrassed.

There was 1 young gentleman working the counter who i felt so bad for as he is trying so hard and was so great while everyone else does absolutely nothing.Great food but horrible staff with the exception of the young gentleman.

They are either out of something or they are taking forever per person. This last experience I had, there were only 2 people in front of me.. The people that were about to cash out when I walked in, had already gotten their food, ate, hung around for a few minutes and had left before I even ordered mine.. I thought this was supposed to be a fast food type restaurant. You could probably order takeout from the Mexican restaurant down the road and get it in the same amount of time.
