I was worried about the parasite outbreak in Michigan so asked for the hamburger all-the-way but with the lettuce and tomatoes left off, and the employee at the counter asked if that was my concern, and reassured me that they have cleaning practices before the produce gets to the restaurant, and then at the restaurant, to make sure we wouldn’t get sick. It was just superb customer service. Also, every time I eat here, the burger is just phenomenal and I get a huge serving of fries. I love this Five Guys and the people who work here!!!

He gave us some great recommendations, including the Double Stuffed Oreo milkshake... yummm! It was definitely one of my favorites, right alongside the fries. Dominick was honestly fantastic. He was friendly, personable, and made the whole experience even better. Five Guys is lucky to have him on their team! I also love how customizable everything is. There are so many toppings to choose from for the burgers, and it's awesome that they don't charge extra for additional toppings. The milkshakes are just as customizable, with lots of mix-ins to create exactly what you want. The portions are great too, especially the fries! We ordered one large fry to split between the two of us, and we still didn't finish it. 😂 Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean as well. While we were eating and it wasn't busy, the staff were wiping down tables and keeping everything tidy, which was nice to see. I will say it's a bit on the pricey side, but the food, customer service, and overall experience made it worth it. We'll definitely be back!
