She gave me a cup of vanilla with nothing in it so I went inside. She gets all snotty and then hand me back a cup of liquid mush With the white top on still. Doesn’t offer fix it …. nothing.. l needless to say the two girls that work there should find different jobs. The pictures is supposed to be a s’mores blizzard.

Product was not that good ice cream was running Hardly any chocolate in the peanut Buster parfait.... Can take lessons from prudenville dairy queen... . No need to hear from the Corporate fan team... It looks like you have more than enough complaints that you ain't done nothing about it yet. Will not returned.

The worker came out and gave us a dirty look like she was astounded that we came in to order and she actually had to do work. She refused to make any food and only allowed us to order ice cream even though we came in for lunch again at 1pm!! She was so rude and talked to us like we were burdens then proceeded to go to the back and sit on her phone while having the younger girl do all the work on her own. Table were disgusting and floors were even worse!! I doubt it’s been cleaned in weeks. You should really consider giving Hailey a lesson on customer service and common decency.
