  Picked up food. Was missing a sauce, the sliders felt half done, like no sauce on anything. It was alright? I feel like this BWW gets more support from the name than actually having decent food. Slightly miffed about waiting to cash a pull tab, being told it can be cashed at gas stations, then the gas station saying "yeah, these arent michigan lotto, you have to cash it at BWW." I already waited 8 minutes for someone just to cash while my food got cold. Not my favorite food experience

  Five-star service from Faith! She was knowledgeable, very friendly, and perfectly timed every part of our meal. Faith also made us feel valued as guest and had wonderful energy! Despite the restaurant being packed, we never felt rushed or neglected. Faith handled everything with a great attitude and was the best server we have ever had in a long time! She was the only server giving the best service from what we seen with her! Props to her for making our night as a family! She was also very fast and great with food recommendations! Highly request everyone to see Faith. We will be back and request her everytime because service and food was 100/10!

  Maybe faith was having a bad day but I will say it was probably one of the worst customer service I've had. We were really bummed about not having the other server in their section. She was very kind, got us boxes, lids, etc. She was very attentive even though she wasn't our waitress. We had empty drinks for 15 minutes. My son spilt a drink and we never got a refill because she never even came until we got the check. Faith basically just got our order, disappeared, food came, disappeared, other waitress gave us boxes, faith gave us the check, and when we paid we got the first smile from her. Idk the experience was overall weird.

  Waitress was the worst, food was horrible, assistant general manager was a joke, customer care is a joke, etc. DO NOT go to this location, it’s a BAD CHOICE! I and my family and friends are a huge group of people that will no longer go to this location. The staff and management create issues with service and food and then don’t resolve the issues they create. Be SMART, don’t make this location a choice to eat at.

  We went for dinner at around 9:00 and there wasn’t too many people around and our server forgot to put our food order in so we waited about 45 minutes ( she didn’t check on us once) until another server asked if we were missing some food. After another 35 minute wait the food came out and our whole order was wrong when we just told him what we got. It wasn’t until about 2 hours later when our food finally arrived correctly. There was no accountability taken by our server or anyone and they even charged us for the wrong food they gave. Overall terrible customer service and our server only came around to give us the bill after we just finished eating, did not offer us anything else.
