  The last 3 times I have gone to this location, I had checked beforehand in the app for offers and drove to the store because I don't like ordering too early and all of the sudden it says online ordering is disabled. The employees say that they are short staffed and disabled online ordering and they will not accept app coupons. I get Arby's emails and app notifications on deals every few days and I can't ever use them! This is very frustrating!! I guess they don't want my business?!

  As we pulled up to the speaker box, we were greeted with a list of items the restaurant was out of. We were told they had no curly fries and were also out of their delicious Orange Cream Shake. The employee explained that curly fries could be substituted with crinkle fries or potato cakes, so we ordered three orders of potato cakes instead. Unfortunately, we were then informed that they didn't have enough potato cakes to fill three orders and only had six potato cakes remaining. We had to adjust our order accordingly, which ended up costing more than our original order. When we got to the drive-thru window, we asked for a drink carrier for our beverages and were told they were out of those as well. On the bright side, at least they were open, which seems to be a rarity these days. While the staff was polite and communicated the shortages clearly, it was frustrating to encounter so many unavailable items during a single visit.

  My husband loves their gyros. Says they're better than Greek places lol. Staff is always friendly.

  I rarely write reviews, but I was so disappointed by my food that I felt I needed to say something. I don’t expect much from fast food, and try not to eat it but this was genuinely awful. I ordered the roast beef sandwich meal. The fries tasted like they’d either been double-fried or cooked in old oil as they literally tasted like cardboard, making them basically inedible. The sandwich wasn’t much better; it was barely warm, and on my second bite I nearly broke a tooth on something hard in the meat. The whole experience was disgusting. If I wasn't reminded over and over by how bad my tooth still hurts today the day after, I probably wouldn't have even bothered to write this post! lol

  First time to Gaylord and stopping in for Arby’s, the gal was the most helpful person and so kind and sweet. Thankful to have the wonderful service ❤️
