  My sub was on point I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to because my sub was perfect great job guys❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I went to Subway yesterday, May 6, 2026 to order the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki 6 inch meal. What I witnessed from waiting in line was stress, disorganization and chaos, at best. The wait time was too long. When I finally had the opportunity to order my food, I noticed that the food storage containers were out of spinach and lettuce. I wanted spinach. The young man helping me said he would go check in the back and came back with an unopened bag of spinach that I noticed said Use By April 10, 2026. I immediately told him “No thank you. I’m going to pass on the spinach”. He then looked at the date and said he will go and check and see if there is something better in the back. He comes back and says that he threw out the case for the ones that said April 10th and found another one that said Use by May 13th (or whatever date it was) so I said that was fine. I headed back to work and ate less than half of my sandwich. The bread seemed off and before long, my stomach felt queasy and I ended up having pain in my stomach. I threw the rest of the sandwich out. Long story short, I think the workers were trying to do their best with what they had to work with and it boils down to not having enough staff to work the drive-thru, front counter and online orders. I picked up on the attitudes they were starting to have with each other but they were always nice to the customers. Management, please staff accordingly and/or perhaps shut down the drive thru during peak hours to help alleviate the load off your employees feeling pulled in so many directions.

  The sub was a mess, the bun was all torn apart and didn’t get what was asked for.

  I just went through the drive thru and the woman taking my order wasn't listening to what I was saying I had to repeat myself multiple times. Got an attitude when I asked for bacon. Was overall very rude. When I got to the window to pay the guy ringing up my order is yelling back and forth with the other employees hasnt even greated me. Barely looks at me and is so distracted by the other employees its taking him entirely to long just to ring up my 1 sandwhich. I have to ask for my reciept and when I checked my sandhwich I was missing items on my sandwhich. If your gonna go to subway literally go to ANY OTHER SUBWAY

  Stopped by for lunch here yesterday because of their convenient drive thru and was met with a friendly voice. Took my order and got everything right as I had some changes in my sandwich before it going into the oven. Cornelius got everything right and the sandwich came out better than expected. I’ll definitely be coming back.
