Understaffed. Ordered pizza was told 8 to 18 min for pick up. Arrive to find order not even started and have to wait another 30 min. Not the 1st time this has happened here.

This is the last time I come here. Absolutely terrible every single time. Orders 2 pizzas, a cheese and and supreme. Got home to find that the supreme pizza was burnt on the bottom to the point it could be used as a Frisbee. And the cheese pizza was missing 1 of 3 ingredients which was the sauce. Go back and inform the guy of this and he says he will remake the order. I also showed him the cheese pizza of which he lifted the pizza up from the box and looked underneath as if the sauce some how slipped under it. I waited in the parking lot for another approx 15 minutes only for the guy to come out with one pizza which was the supreme only to tell me he wasn't going to remake the cheese pizza because cheese pizzas dont come with sauce. At this point I was about to freak out. I pulled out my phone and went to the papa John's app then showed it to him where it says the ingredients on a cheese pizza are CHEESE AND SAUCE. Side note why am I having to train your employee for you. So then he thinks my app is lying and looks it up on his own phone only to come to the conclusion that he made an error and cheese pizzas actually do come with sauce on them. So I wait another 10 minutes for him to figure out how to make a cheese pizza with sauce on it. The insult to injury is the fact that the instruction on how to make each of there pizzas is posted on the wall at eye level above the station where they make the pizzas. Long story short dont spend your hard earned money here. Go to one of the family owned shops in the area or visit angelo brothers, Antonio's, or delucas for 5 star service and cheese pizza with sauce on it.

Pizza had a lot of crust could use more toppings, but otherwise everything was good, pizza wasn't hot like when Papa John's did delivery (used hot box?), door dash lady was polite....

I would rather have little Caesars...my carpet has more flavor. Also, when I just spent 44 dollars on pizza, why ya ganna hassle me over the 2 liter I ordered? Never again

I'm not saying this just because let's get that out the way 😤 but my pizza was hot fresh and they stay open until 4am so that was one of the biggest wins for me waking up late and wanting pizza and actually getting it. Thank you for staying open late and thank you for such a well prepared pizza. I hope everyone in the future can experience the same service I received at such a late/early time of the day.
