  Person taking the order didn't speak clearly at all then got short with me because I said excuse me I didn't understand. Had to wait very long for food when there wasn't even a line then the fries were cold😡

  No soap in the bathrooms. We ordered 1 coffee; it took 12+ minutes to get our order. Our coffee order was wrong…they forgot to put vanilla in it. Overall, not a good experience at this location.

  I'm only giving it one star because I can't give it zero Stars. The men's restroom was filthy and unsanitary. The sinks were terrible and there was no hand soap. There was an empty bottle of hand soap from the dispenser with the top off at sitting on the counter. The customer in front of me trying to wash his hands was attempting to rinse the bottle out with some water to get some soap out of it. When I asked to speak to a manager I was basically told that the manager was too busy to talk to me if I had a complaint. Apparently this is what McDonald's has degenerated to. They are more interested in their drive-thru customers than in any customer in their actual store. I went back two days later. Wish I had taken a picture of the counter with the first review. There's the new bottle of soap on the counter. Good luck trying to figure out how to get soap out of it.

  Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the employees played on their phones conversing with each other. No one acknowledged myself or the other 6 people in line. Made an attempt to use the bathroom in here but they’re absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Would steer clear of this location at all costs!!

  I was apprehensive about stopping here in the middle of the night while out traveling. I am glad I did though. It is nice to know there is somewhere to get food that is consistently fresh with polite, fast and efficient people working every time. This was my 5th stop by over a period of 6 months and every single time, PERFECTION! THANK YOU! The team here at Galesburg McDonald's along I94 is top notch.
