  5 stars from me just because the person at the drive-thru is always an absolute delight. I don't recall their name but they were working the window the evening of 7/22, around 7pm. My husband and I have been here a handful of times and they are always such a joy to speak with. This is the only fast food place we go to in Fremont because we don't typically eat while out. It seems like the staff enjoy working at this location and that is all the more reason to go there.

  Insane how the lady with a mole on her face is working customer service when she clearly hates customers who have manners and patience with someone as rude as she is everytime I went to order she completely cut me off and told me they couldn’t sell me what I wanted when every other Arby’s sells me a bun with cheese sauce even if I pay for meat and say no meat
