  Ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes for no update of it being done. We pulled up to the drive through and they forgot a drink, chips, and mayo. Place did not seem busy either..:/

  Very poor service I’ve been here for 20 mins waiting on my food and the employees walking around looking like zombies and on top of that my food still wasn’t made how I asked for it

  Honestly the environment of the store is awesome. I notice they use the same gloves while taking order from customer using cash and again go for making food. This is disgusting And they are working like they are sleepy. I don’t know why they are so pissed off . The taste was not up to the mark . I even didn’t finish it may be only 2 bites . Just remembering that they use the same gloves yukkkk

  Formerly enjoyed Jimmy John's. Currently have a hard time paying 10 dollars for a large sandwich with 2 slices of meat on it. Wow. You got me for the last time JJ. Do better corporate. Even garbage subway puts at least 4 slices on a sandwich.
