He waited 10 Minutes still no employee said anything to him like 'hi its gonna be a minute' very basic stuff right? I personally have had issues with this location. Wait time, wrong orders and staff that cant or wont verbaly communicate with customers. Sad.... this is location is closest to us but I will drive to Hoover or Hayes shop because of staff. Also... all the responses from 'OWNER' ARE A.I.
