  Ordered a sub with no lettuce (verified on my receipt) as I have a health condition where I can’t digest salad/leafy greens. Got my sub with lettuce….went to the counter to inform I had lettuce on a sub that wasn’t supposed to have lettuce on it. The worker then removed the lettuce from my sub and handed it back to ME!!!!

  Food never showed up, yet they went ahead and charged my bank account. In transparency, I did order 10 minutes before they close, not realizing they closed that soon. However, the let the order go through like nothing was wrong so I waited almost an hour and a half before I realized the food wasn't coming. I tried to call them but obviously they were closed. A courtesy call or something would have been great, but obviously they could care less!

  I ordered a slim tuna. The first bite was 100% bread, as they did not spread the tuna fish adequately. I mean, come on. Is this why men talk about women making them sandwiches? Because they are not capable of making a decent sandwich themselves? 🤣

  Okay, this location is really nice. The guy taking the order was very friendly. The woman that is working does not belong working anywhere customer facing. She is rude, impatient, and lacks customer service skills. We didn’t hear them call an order out and people waiting for an order were trying to figure out if it was there’s or ours. She was rude and snarky talking to them and to us. For this being a new business I would suggest training for her. I can tell you with there being another location in Howell, she will drive patrons to not choose a location nearest to them. Not sure what her name is but she has dark hair.

  Beyond rude woman at the front counter. I Took my sandwich back because even though I asked for no mayo, it had mayo usually no problem Accidents happen. When I walked in, I told her the situation she laughed at me and said “mayo wasn’t all over the sandwich There was only a little bit and they wiped it off, next time say I have an allergy and they won’t wipe it off.” she kept using a tone and was continually rude. I said you know what can I just get a refund at that point she said that’s impossible because there were three orders on that receipt. Absolutely awful service would not recommend again especially with the snarky comment she was making while she remade the sandwich.
