- SLSeth LottSep 3, 20261.0Received the worst service at Jimmy John’s in Fowlerville Michigan today. It started out with, “ we do not have any bread, we have to save it for online orders”. The question was asked, so what do you have? Answer, wraps and wheat bread. I thought you said no bread? I’ll have an Italian on wheat then. I got my sandwich and it was meat in a head of lettuce. She called it unwhiched . She would not make another one and said someone made a mistake. I said yes, you, no apology!!!! There were 6 other people in there and everyone was recieving the same service. I will never go to the Fowlerville Jimmy John’s again in my life and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. Shame on you Fowlerville Jimmy John’s!!!!!!!!!

Apparently that is not allowed which is perfectly fine but the tone and manner used is completely disrespectful and ridiculous. I will be following up with corporate about this experience. If I were the franchise owner I would take a look at these reviews posted and handle appropriately.
