  Been here 30 minutes at this point. Still no food. Idk if the need more people or if the people need to hustle. This is not freaky fast it’s freaking ridiculous. Not worth the $26 I paid.

  They often don’t have items that are available to order on the app. I ordered a salad that they apparently no longer make. They still charged me for it and didn’t refund me.

  this is by far the absolute best site in the state. i visit them all and Noah is a legitimate sandwich artist. you earned a customer for life because of this guy. store is always spotless. fresh and have NEVER had a problem. bathrooms are always fresh and clean. true asset to the community. thank god for Jimmy Johns ❤️ 🙌 ❤️

  I went on my 20 minute lunch break today around 11am and ordered a chicken Ceasars wrap, a pickle and a lemonade. I'm eating my food and my mouth is on fire! I picked out 20 jalapeños and couldn't eat the food I was so mad and couldn't even come back because I had to work. I feel like yall hate me I was so nice and said please and thank you someone here is playing games I get this wrap all the time and Ceasars salad never has had jalapeño you need to fire whoever made that wrap today I stg. I want money back. Gift card or something food was not edible

  The Flushing location was not clean. Every table was dirty, and employees were preparing sandwiches on an unclean counter. At a minimum, most other sandwich shops prepare food on a wrapper or a sheet of wax paper. After watching my sandwich being made under those conditions, I threw it away and deleted the app from my phone.
