  I had a great experience today at Tropical Smoothie. The ladies working were so nice with nice smiles. The service was fast and the food was yum! Glad I stopped by for a Sunrise Sunset today!

  This was a great visit to Tropical Smoothie. Although it was very busy, the staff was friendly and the store was really clean. I had the chipotle chicken flatbread with the sweet potatoes and both were delicious. To follow that up I had an Avocolada which was sweet and very smooth. Great visit overall. Will be back for sure!

  The new snack rolls are good! the lady who took my order and the man who gave me my food were very professional and kind. Store was very clean.

  Taylor was THAT girl, she was so friendly and made the entire experience feel lovely. Will be going back for the great food, smoothies and out of this world service!

  This location needs a serious change. After having a simple issue of needing a smoothie remade because it was made wrong, I was brushed off twice on the phone and then I asked for a refund to which I was told they are not allowed to do. Then I was offered the remake I had already asked for twice and asked if I could come up now. I was given rude attitude and asked for the employees name to which they hung up without saying anything. When I came into the store I calmly let the guy (who was very nice and respectful) know why I was there and he started remaking the smoothie. When I asked for the name of the person I spoke to, he went on the headset and relayed that to his team to which “they” started sucking their teeth, and mumbling different things and after waiting for minutes he said it was against policy to give out their names, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager there and then I asked for a shift lead and when he asked for her she continently went on break right at that moment and would not speak with me. I finally asked for their store location number so that I could call and report my experience and was told there is no location number. This entire interaction from my end was conducted in a completely calm and undeserving patient manner which I have proof of since I recorded from the time I was told I would not be given a name. I gave this location a chance still after multiple times of less than great experiences with their customer service and after having one of my own family members have a very awful experience here that involved indecent remarks from the then manager. I will be taking this further. Kindness is free and treating people poorly while being the face of a company is unacceptable. You never know what people are going through, and you shouldn’t have to in order to be respectful and kind while doing a job you are paid to do.
