  Went through the drive thru and everything was good besides I couldn't use coupon code through the online app nor when I went to the restaurant. Employee told me that it hasn't been working and they don't know why.

  Ordered 50% more meat. Looks like they gave me 50% less. I dont know if the make commission off putting less meat Maybe they're told to do so by upper management. My sub was so skimpy im actually upset about it. I knew i shouldn't have did the order online . I even tipped.

  Went to stop there on the way traveling through with our family of 7 for dinner. It was 7:30pm. The restaurant hours say closes at 8pm on their sign. Well, the front doors were locked and the employee inside was pointing. Not sure if she was pointing for us to go to the drivethru, but we wanted to use the restroom and order our dinner. We got back in the car and went elsewhere for food. Disappointed and definitely won't stop here again on our multitude of trips back and forth to Ann Arbor.

  No baby changing station in either bathroom. Employee on cell phone while cashing us out, employees yelling about another coworker.
