  Ordered a Big Mac meal. Burger was good. Fries were cold. I took them back to the counter and they had no problem giving me fresh ones. Employees were friendly. Restaurant was clean.

  Had me waiting for over 45 minutes for an egg McMuffin there was no line and no reason to wait that long and then when I got my food it was stone cold waste of time and money

  I ordered a ice coffee but they gave me black ice coffee which is i didn’t want,i told them for milk or cream but they ignored and say next time,What a rude they are😔

  I’ll be honest—I’m not personally a big McDonald’s fan. It’s usually not my first choice when it comes to food, mainly because of a bad experience I had with the one close to my house. It just turned me off from McDonald’s in general. That being said, I absolutely believe in giving credit when credit is due, and this location deserves it. Even though I may only stop for an iced coffee here and there, or when someone else specifically wants McDonald’s, this particular location has been consistently impressive. Their customer service is always good, the food is fresh and hot, and their signature drinks—especially the iced coffee—are always made right. Anyone who orders McDonald’s iced coffee regularly knows how rare that consistency can be. You can order the same drink from different locations and it tastes completely different every time. But here, they’ve been spot on every single time, and that really stands out. McDonald’s has always thrived on consistency—that’s a big reason they’ve remained the number one fast food chain for so long. This location truly represents that standard. The staff is quick, friendly, and they seem to actually care about the customer experience, which is something that deserves recognition, especially these days. This location right off Dort Highway has honestly earned my respect. Even though McDonald’s isn’t usually my go-to, when I am in the area and someone wants it—or I want to treat myself to a good iced coffee—this is the one I choose. Kudos to the team for keeping quality and consistency a priority. It does not go unnoticed.

  The employees on first shift were very rude and non welcoming. They talk to ppl very nasty. And they mess up orders with no remorse and they argue with customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location!
