  This is easily thee single worse Mcdonnalds I've ever been too. They regularly waste my lunch break with 25+ minute wait times in their drive through. I'm actually leaving this review from my current 22 minute wait. Empty drive through when I got here. Still no food and a wasted lunch break. Do better

  After ordering fron kiosk informed us no Big Mac's today. WHAT!!!!! Am I at McDonald's? Then 2 of the items ordered were missing and employees were angry that we were bothering them when asking for items. We were on a break from baseball games a mile or so down the road and it was freezing outside. We came in to eat and get warmed up. It was colder inside the restaurant than outside. It was a horrible experience. We will never go back there.

  They dropped the bag of food on the floor and added zero sugar or cream to a 4 cream 4 sugar coffee

  They’re rude, stop taking orders 15 minutes before change over, and refuse to put in your code if it’s 15 minutes before breakfast switches so they can tell you they aren’t serving it anymore. You could at least tell customers you’re not honoring the food they’ve already paid for. 10 people waiting to order between drive thru and lobby and you just pretend they don’t exist for 15-20 minutes. Even telling them you ran out or don’t want to make more would make more sense.
