  I just recently had Jimmy John's for the first time. I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious. Service was excellent and the store was welcoming, cozy and clean. The past 3 times I've gone to this store, I have had to use the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. I'm assuming that has something to do with insufficient staffing. But still, no complaints at all!

  Great service but sometimes I get a person on the phone that sounds like they don't even wanna take my order. It saddens me because I usually get a friendly voice with a great attitude that's helpful and willing and ready to take my order for me, other then that they serve my food fast.
