  The food is always good but my problem is with the online order pickup in store. When i order my food i always do the schedule order to make sure its ready by my lunch break. I will get to the store and the app says my food is not ready and i dont see it on their pickup stand so I will sit in my car and wait. After 15 minutes goes by i finally walk in and tell them i have an order pickup and it turns out it’s been ready, they had it sitting behind the counter for some reason instead of on the shelf and it wasn’t marked in the website that its good to pickup. Its hit or miss if this situation happens but its often enough to make it irritating

  I ordered a BLT, and got this? bacon, Cucumber, and mustard? I just don’t understand how this happens, and isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. Not satisfied with the order or customer service at this location.

  I always get the chicken bacon ranch here. I would get it already once a week. I ordered it today. They over loaded it with lettuce, and I got like one piece of chicken. I think they’re starting to skimp the subs

  I would give zero stars if i could. I’m in my car, waiting for my pick up order to be placed on the shelf which by the way waiting over 20 minutes is crazy for. This man, i watched from my car. drop someones sub, their to go order although it was wrapped, on the ground. through the doors, and proceed to still place it in the bag and box it up. i’m not one to leave reviews, i’ve had shit service and food that tastes like crap. But witnessing this first hand and not to mention there’s so many employees in there and not a single one stopped him from bagging it. THATS WILD. This may not be his fault entirely; perhaps a manager/supervisor not doing their job 100% but someone should look into this because I’ve worked in restaurants before and even if a to-go box ended up on the ground or completely sealed plastic ware, i still would toss in the trash. but this was food in a paper wrapper on the ground. 🙃
