Never get Domino's anymore because it's cheap pizza, not in monetary but amount of toppings. Did take advantage a recent deal and the pizza appeared full. Also got garlic bites. They consider the smallest bite in the count. Don't trust the wait time when you order online.

I placed a FUTURE order TWO days ahead on Thursday for a 3 PM pickup on Saturday. The store called me at **1:30 AM** Friday night/Saturday morning (Bizarre on its own) because of an apparent payment issue. I gave them the card info again, but in the process the employee canceled my order (not realizing it was for the next day), then had me place the entire order again once she realized her mistake and give my card information a second time on the phone (again, at 1:30 in the morning too). I even called at 11:30 AM the next day (pick up day - Saturday) to make sure everything was set for 3 PM because that was so weird, and was assured it WAS ALL SET FOR 3 PM. I arrived at 3 PM, my name is on the screen and says my order is ready. I give them my name and they said they NEVER MADE THE ORDER. Even though I confirmed it online and then over the phone TWICE. When I told them I even called this morning, the female employee snapped at me and stated "Well, I opened this morning and I didn't take any phone calls." And I said, well, it was a male who answered. The employees looked at each other and said a man's name and looked irritated (he must always be a problem?). I had to wait for them to make 8 pizzas and 2 boxes of bread all while everyone was already at the party at my house waiting for the food. I submitted a complaint to Domino's Customer Care via email AND on the phone on August 17 and sent another email on August 20. It's now August 24 and I've received NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Mistakes happen, but after ordering two days ahead, going out of my way multiple times to prevent the problem, and them still failing to make the order, plus the complete lack of follow-up from Domino's is what makes this especially disappointing.

Manager Alex ( I was told by most of the employees that was his name) you should seriously be fired. The ceiling literally fell down on customers heads, following with water (major water) leaking out on us. The store loses almost all their power ( only had one light working in the BACK of the store). You had staff put buckets out to catch the water flowing from the ceiling literally right in front of the door. Who doesn't li e walking into the store and trip into a waterfall but none of that mattered. Your ovens were working so business had to keep going. Shame on you for not having any human decency and chose to keep your staff and employees in a very hazardous environment. I didnt see you there helping at all just told them to tuff it out. Shame on dominos for allowing your management treat general employees with such disrespect.

On August 3rd placed an order online, get to the store, store workers are all visible tired and exhausted on the gentleman that was at the boxing station left for 2 deliveries and didn't make sure his replacement knew what he was doing.. had to call out for a second worker.. second worker informed me upon checking my order no salads till tomorrow. Why is available at your store online if you don't have any till the next day . Did management place a hold on the items till they came in, nope.. let's just charge people for salads and not get them any.. oh and the refund has to cancel whole order ring again and charge again.. get it together.. if that was the only thing wrong but they did have a customer touching people's food after being placed on the warmer shelf.. so there's that. Oh and let's not forget that they don't clean any of their pizza cutters.. watched them literally cut a pizza with stuff all over the cutters
