  Called in a pick up order 1 omelet NO mushroom. I get home cut into a buch of mushrooms. I call back and was told by the manager " ai should have checked my order before I left " ! Wow... She told me I should have cut open the omelet in the drive thru line .WOW no apologies or customer service. Will NOT order or eat there again. Money is more important than good customer service.

  Most people just leave 5 stars and call it good, let me tell you how they earned them... First, I could eat steak 5 days a week and die a happy young man. It was breakfast time and i wanted steak and eggs. Dom's made one of the best steaks I've had in a while. My daughter said she wanted the porterhouse, i said why not, and we both got them... Gotta love those market priced items... It was cool though, the breakfast was well worth the price, considering we were only charged for the steaks, not the eggs, hash browns, or any other breakfast items... yeah, it was still pricey, and after the tip i ended up paying quite a bit, but it was very worth it. Most places wouldn't do that, they'd charge you for every item, regardless of price, simply because they don't care. I might not get the porterhouse every time i go back, but I'll definitely be back!

  Absolutely my favorite spot in this city,tried about everything between the 2 of us & have not been dissapointed ever,their salads & homeade dressing that come with the best homeade rolls are out of this world good along with broasted chicken & porkchops are our favorite go toos! Staff is always great as well very clean with great food & great portions bringing thier own spin on things,what more could you want from a place? We eat & celebrate milestones there frequently & covienantly right down the street from me!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I picked up an order for me and my coworker. The salad I ordered has a lot of brown lettuce in it, and I can’t eat half of it. My coworker ordered a club sandwich and was given a Rueben. How do you mess up that bad??? Never again. We won’t be giving them any more of our money! We eat out often for our lunch and are disappointed that we can’t get good service from somewhere we frequent.

  I called and placed an order over the phone and had my co-worker pick it up. I ordered a country club and the waitress put it in as a Rueben daddy. I called back and they told me once it left the store they couldn’t do anything to fix it. The manager said that the waitress told her that she read the order back to me 3 times. That is a bold face lie! I will never order anything from here again. They can’t even correct their mistakes or own up to them. Now I have to go hungry because I can’t leave to get anything different.
